May and June 2010

Our girls continue to sleep really well right on top of eachother. It puts such a smile on my face to peak in on them after they have fallen asleep.

I did my first half marathon a couple weeks ago. I loved it, I think that might be my favorite race to do... maybe once every couple years. My parents took the kids while we drove down the night before. A bus shipped us all into the mountains and we ran back into the city. 1 hour and 49 minutes later I collapsed in Todds arms! So fun though.

A few days later my wonderful parents agreed to take the kids again so me and Todd could go to Vegas just the two of us. We ate good food, saw a Cirque de Soleil show, met up with some friends Scott and Anna, and recharged our batteries by the pool for 4 days.

I just added this picture of my sweet little Sadie. I realize I need to take some pictures of Wes. He is on the move crawling and climbing. My house is like a circus trying to keep him safe. He is 8 months and about 50 pounds it seems. He is by far my biggest baby. He is all boy that is for sure. What is it about boys that melt mom's hearts?
