Sorry I didn't take any pictures this week but I did a really cool thing. For the first time in my life I planned out a full weeks of meals and groceries. I usually head to the grocery store on a daily basis... it insures that we get out of the house everyday if nothing else. Well, it is getting more difficult to find time to go, because I love the girls nap times and am not willing to give them up. So with a huge list of groceries I got online to Vons.com and VERY easily shopped for my groceries. It was 10,000 times more convenient than actual grocery shopping (less than 5 minutes). The first time you do it there is no delivery charge. With my order the charge would have been only $6.95. Totally worth it if you ask me. I end up spending that much anyway on treats for Jane during the grocery trip to keep her happy (kidding, sorta). So when the guy delivered it they did an amazing job, even with the produce. Anytime I can I will be an online grocery shopper!

Wow, good idea! Was this just at Vons?
That is so great. I've been considering online grocery shopping for a few months and now with a newborn, I think I really will do it. A few friends of mine do it regularly and swear they save tons of money every month because there are so many fewer impulse buys and treats to keep the kids happy, and they can stop anytime and run to the kitchen to double check what they have or don't have. Anyway, glad you liked it ... $6.95 is a totally worth it to not have to give up nap time!
I wonder if they do that at any of the grocery stores here? It would help me stop spending money on the things I just buy that are not on my list. I will have to check it out.
